About PHAST

PHAST stands for Providence Hall Association of Students and Teachers. Due to Providence Hall's classification as a charter school, we are a Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO), and not part of the National PTA. Being separate from the National PTA has many benefits. As an atonomous organization, we are accountable only to the parents, administration, and Board of Trustees of Providence Hall. Another benefit is any money donated to, or raised by, PHAST stays at Providence Hall and is used for the many PHAST-sponsored programs that benefit our students. We are not required to send any of the money to a parent organization.

PHAST's primary concern is for the personal and educational welfare of the students at Providence Hall, and each program and activity we plan keeps that in mind. We care about each student at Providence Hall, and are excited to be a part of their school experience.

We welcome your questions and comments, and would love to hear from you.
