BoxTops News

Our BoxTops program is moving full-speed ahead! So far this year we have collected over 28,000 BoxTops, which converts to over $2,800 for our school in only three months! All of the money we raise goes toward our awesome programs, including field trips, health and safety, and family fun. Thanks for all of your support and contributions--we finished 3rd in the state last year (awesome!) and would love to finish 1st this year (even more awesome!)!

Here are a few common questions about the BoxTops program:

1. Can I check my child's balance?
Yes! Just click on the link in the left-hand side bar that says "Check your BoxTops balance". Then find the tab with your teacher's name. You can also find the link on the Providence Hall website, http://www.providencehall.com/.

2. Can I turn in BoxTops for more than one month at a time?
YES! We will keep track of future credit by putting an "X" on the spreadsheet under your
child's name for this school year.  However, we will NOT carry over any balance into the '11-'12 school year.
3. Can you help me find deals on boxtops?
YES!  The best time to get BoxTops is during the back-to-school season when local grocery stores run promotions, but you can still find plenty of BoxTops year round. You can find a complete list of products with BoxTops coupons HERE. If you find you are having trouble collecting enough, you might try checking out E-bay! They sell BoxTops by the thousands at face value 100 boxtops=$10!
4. Can I turn in Campbell's Soup labels instead of BoxTops to receive a dress-down wristband?
NO. However, there is a collection bin in the office for Campbell's Soup labels. Last year we used our labels to acquire some much needed books for the school!
5. Can I staple my BoxTops onto the collection sheet?
NO. Please tape or glue the BoxTops coupons to the collection sheets. All staples have to be removed before we can submit to General Mills and it takes our volunteers a lot of time to remove the staples.
6. Can I turn my BoxTops in before the collection date?
YES! You can turn them into your classroom bin anytime before collection day.
Please click HERE for a full list of BoxTops rules. For a list of BoxTops due dates, please click on the BoxTops Dates tab at the top this page.
We're looking forward to our next collection date on December 14!

Providence Hall adds Middle School

Have you heard that Providence Hall is adding a middle school? The South Valley Journal printed a wonderful article about our future plans. You can read it here. We're so proud of our school! It just keeps getting better--and bigger!
