Over the course of the next few weeks (January 18, 2012 – February 16, 2012) the Counseling Department at Providence Hall Junior High will be conducting Student Education Occupation Plans (SEOP’s) with the 9thgrade students. Because student success is a partnership between students, parents, and faculty, we ask for your participation in reviewing your student’s academic progress and his or her plans for the future. Please follow the instructions below to sign up for a date and time with the counselor assigned to your student’s last name. Be sure to include your student’s name, your name, and your contact information.

At that link, you will be asked for an Entry Code. Please enter the Entry Code assigned to your student’s last name.

If you do not have internet access and would like to sign up for an SEOP please contact your student’s counselor by phone. If you are unable to arrange a time to attend, your student’s SEOP will be conducted individually with his or her counselor.
