Providence Hall Family Directory!
PH FAMILY DIRECTORY:
The youngest student from each family should have brought home a paper on Thursday with the information we would like to publish in the PH Family Directory. If it is correct, you do not need to return it. If you would like to make changes, or would like to be removed from the directory, please make the changes and return the form to either school office by Wednesday, October 12th.
SALES:
The directories will be $3 each. If you would like to purchase a directory, return the bottom portion of your form (indicate which student/teacher you want us to send the directory home with) and payment for your directory in a sealed envelope to either school office before October 17th.
COVER ARTWORK CONTEST - Jr. High Students
In the past, we have used the patriot graphic from the elementary school on the cover. This year we thought we would let the Junior High students design the artwork for the cover. Here are the details:
- PH Family Directory Cover Contest:
- All Junior High students are invited to participate.
- Create a graphic to represent Providence Hall Patriot Families.
- Black and white (no color)
- Fill a space 4 inches wide by 3 inches tall.
- Graphic only, no words.
- Write your name, grade, and Art teacher's name on the back of your artwork.
- It must be turned in to your art teacher before 9:00 a.m. on Friday, Oct 14th. (It can be turned in during art class any time before that too.)
- The Directory Committee will choose one design to go on the cover of the PH Family Directory.
