Picture Days!

Dear Parents and Students,

We wanted to make sure you aware that we will be having our Junior High class picture day on October 11^th.  The Elementary Picture Day will be on October 12.  At the Junior High we will be taking students out of PE and Spanish class for their pictures.  

Please have your students dress in STRICT dress code that day – including shirts with collars.  If students are not dressed appropriately we will offer them the opportunity to call home for appropriate clothing or use some of our surplus dress code compliant attire.  SO DRESS NICELY LADIES & GENTLEMEN for the first ever Providence Hall Jr. High yearbook!

Thanks to the tireless efforts of our ePHAST Parents and jrPHAST Parents Executive Councils, we now have new ByLaws to be voted on at the next PHAST Parents meeting.  Please review the ByLaws and plan to attend to vote.  Thank you!

5th Grade Washington, DC Trip 2011-2012

5th Grade Washington DC Trip 2011-2012 

Parents Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at 6 pm in the Providence Hall Elementary Library.  We will be joining with Channing Hall and Hawthorne Academy for our trip this year and are very excited about the great experience we will have!  The trip is open to all current 5th graders and their parents.  If you are interested in sending your student and/or coming along yourself, please come to the meeting on Thursday, or contact Erica Nuttall at enuttall@providencehall.com for more details!

Our enrollment deadline will be Tuesday, November 22nd, so parents will need to decide by that date if their child will be going!
